| | | | Please pickup your name badge at the registration desk on the 4th floor of the Parc 55 San Francisco. If you attend the Starzl meeting please collect your badge at the SPLIT registration right after the meeting ended to avoid long waiting times early in the morning. | | | |

| | | | Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 am - 8:00 am. Lunches and coffee breaks are also provided. Please bring a reusable water bottle to use at our refill stations in the foyer area.

| | | | The meeting is accredited for Physicians (ACCME), Nurses (ANCC), Coordinators (ABTC) and Pharmacists (ACPE) for 13.75 contact hours.
After the meeting, please complete the online evaluation form to receive your certificate of attendance. Starting April 24, you will be able to access the evaluation forms via the Web App. | | | |
