Please pickup your name badge at the registration desk on the 4th floor of the Parc 55 San Francisco. If you attend the Starzl meeting please collect your badge at the SPLIT registration right after the meeting ended to avoid long waiting times early in the morning.

Accreditation

 
 
 
 

The meeting is accredited for Physicians (ACCME), Nurses (ANCC), Coordinators (ABTC) and Pharmacists (ACPE) for 13.75 contact hours. 


After the meeting, please complete the online evaluation form to receive your certificate of attendance. Starting April 24, you will be able to access the evaluation forms via the Web App.

Posters will be viewed during the Welcome Reception & Poster Session on April 23 between 5:45 pm and 7:45 pm. Poster presenters, please consult the Poster Guidelines to ensure you are prepared for setup.
