| | | | GARDENS AND SPA AN OASIS OF PURE INSPIRATION
Hidden in one of Malta's most romantic quarters, Casa Bonavita is an
18th-century architectural jewel, restored with a meticulous love of
detail and an appreciation for the pleasures of Mediterranean arte di
vivere. A house that invites one to linger and to look a little closer.

| | | | KITCHEN & BAR INSIDE LIKE OUTSIDE, THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOUR CULINARY DELIGHTS The house kitchen is a working, lived-in space at the centre of the
house, where pastries bake in the morning, orange tarts are left to cool
on the table, and fresh pasta is made by hand. The Valletta Bar is wrapped in hand-painted wallpaper by De Gournay and
held in a low, intimate light. Evenings gather slowly here over classic
cocktails, quiet conversation, and the easy drift into late hours,
creating a space that feels at once discreet, atmospheric, and gently
alive after dark.

Bonavita are the same. Each has its own distinguishing features that
make it entirely unique. From suites with sweeping garden views and
generous sitting rooms, to more intimate chambers tucked away up hidden

Furnished with rattan chairs and intimate tables, the restaurant is one of the most beautiful rooms in our hotel. Through a series of arches, it opens onto a flagstone courtyard set among orange trees for outdoor dining. All is led by Executive Chef Dex Oseman. Trained at The River Café, Dex's cooking celebrates
exceptional produce through simple, unfussy dishes full of flavour and
